Sleeper has zippered closure running along raglan sleeve seam, into side seam, and down almost to the foot. Zipper is topped at the neckline with a snap closure. Sleeve hems are cuffed. Pink Sleeper has red, dark pink, and white stars and moons are interspersed throughout, while the rhyme, "Twinkle, twinkle little star," is arranged in horizontal stripes across the pink fabric.
